I HAVE BEEN INVESTING FOR OVER THIRTY YEARS IN
REAL ESTATE & THE STOCK MARKIT.
THE BIG REASON PEOPLE LOSE MONEY IS THEY FOOL
THEMSELVES. THEY THINK HOUSEING IS GOING TO RECOVER IN ONE OR TWO YEARS. IT IS NOT’ (1) THERE
IS NO JOBS TO SUPORT THESE HIGH HOUSEING PRICES.(2) PORPERTY TAXES ARE GOING TO HAVE TO GO HIGHER
MUCH HIGHER. ALL THE STATES ARE BROKE (3) IT TOOK
TWO TERMS FOR THE HOUSEING TO RECOVER IN THE GREAT
DEPRESSION. IT TOOK TWO TERMS FOR HOUSEING TO
RECOVER WITH BILL CLINTON. IT LOOKS LIKE THIS IS
A ONE TERM PRESIDENT
THAT IS MY OPINION
